The founder of M/s. Musthafa & Almana Associates, he is a well known International Lawyer in the legal fraternity of UAE, QATAR, OMAN and INDIA. His expertise in multi-jurisdiction laws makes him one of the eminent lawyers of the current generation. Mr. Musthafa Zafeer started his legal practise in the year 1987, starting as a practising lawyer before the Honourable High Court of Kerala. Within few years, he made a mark for himself as an upcoming lawyer. In 1993 Ms. Almana Joined him to form a law firm named Musthafa & Almana Associates in Kerala, India.
The dynamic leadership of Mr. Musthafa Zafeer O.V. led to the evolution of the firm from an Indian state based firm to an International Law Firm, branched out in more than 3 GCC Countries and all over India, and recently in the UK as well. Mr. Musthafa Zafeer is specialised in Commercial Law, Civil and Criminal Laws, Real Estate Laws, Intellectual Property Laws and Insurance Laws of UAE, India, Qatar and Oman. He is a member of Legal Advisor's Panel of Indian Consulate, Dubai; Indian Embassy, Doha; and is the Regional Director for Middle East and Africa of Indian Institute of Arbitration and Mediation. Mr. Ali Ibrahim Ismail Al Jarman

An Emirati advocate, he obtained his masters degree in Administrative Law from the College of High Studies of Law in Cairo, Egypt, and he obtained the licentiate at the Faculty of Law from the Police Academy, Abu Dhabi. He has been working in the legal field since 2000 at Abu Dhabi Police, the Administration of Passports & immigration. He took various local and international courses and trained, worked and joined many of the advocate's offices in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. He has a far reaching knowledge in the civil and criminal cases, personal status law, labourers and lease cases. He also has a wide range of experience in companies' liquidation and dissolution. It is important to indicate that Ali Jarman is licensed by the Ministry of Justice to attend before all the Federal and Local Courts. |

Senior Lawyer and Founding Partner
Ms. Almana is a specialised lawyer in the areas of Family Laws (including Sharia Laws and Indian Laws), Commercial Law, Business Laws of UAE, Qatar, Oman and India. She started her practice as a Lawyer in India in the year 1992 and co-founded Musthafa & Almana Associates in the year 1993. She relocated to UAE in the year 1998 and now heads the UAE operations of the Firm jointly with Mr. Musthafa Zafeer O.V. Ms. Almana is an experienced lawyer and is into the 17 th year of her legal practice.
She is the member of Legal Advisors Panel of Indian Consulate, Dubai. She is also closely working with the Family Guidance and Reformation Cell formed under the supervision of Dubai Courts, and is in charge of Indian Institute of Arbitration and Mediation in UAE.
